Crunchy French Toast and Crunchy Cornflakes
This recipe called for challa bread. Always believing in Open Source Recipe, I recommend substituting rare or hard-to-find ingredients with what you have available in your locale.
With that in mind, I substituted the challa bread with French bread since they look similar.
The recipe also called for stove-top cooking, but when I tried that at first, the toast seemed to start getting soggy. Therefore, I put in the preheated toaster oven, and it came out semi-crunchy.

The recipe called for an elaborate cream cheese sauce. Since I had cream cheese frosting handy, I softened it; it turned into a liquid form.
