Salmon and Potato Wedges

Salmon is best left alone. No sauces, no drenching in unnecessary herbs and spices, none of those. I ate in a supposed high class restaurant that drenched salmon in the thickest sauce. It was horrible. 
I have tried salmon at several restaurants around town. So far, Houston's has come up as the champ. I could not help but ask my waiter to convey my satisfaction to the chef. The chef came out to speak to me despite his busy schedule.
