Papa's Most Favorite Breakfast

My father's most favorite breakfast showed his philosophy of eating well and eating light. Made of vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, cut string/green beans, and potatoes), it was held together by Heinz salad cream, which I found in an African grocery store. 
I served this delicious and nutritious breakfast to my father with slices of the dome bread my mother baked in her bakery (Virgy's Bakery) and with a cup of tea.

Thank God I have wonderful memories of a loving and peaceful relationship to see me through death's devastation.
