Sweet Potato to Go

We went out to eat at a nice restaurant after a three-hour photo shoot. Needless to say, we were ravished. Everything else was great except for the sweet potato side dish. (I guess a restaurant cannot please everyone because of the different individual taste and health preferences.) Without a word to each other, Cassie and I asked for one take-out container, dumped the sweet potato in there and brought it home. I livened it with a fistful of raisins, several shakes of cinnamon, a slap of nutmeg, and served it in ramekins. Now, we can eat it!
