Whiting, Red Potatoes, and Broccoli

Eating well is relatively easy: no sauces, no saturated fat, little or no cholesterol. Red potatoes are better than white.

Baked red potatoes sprinkled with crushed red pepper, parsley, and sprayed with olive oil: cover and bake.
 
 
 
Serve with baked whiting and tasty broccoli.
