Quick Vegetarian High-Protein “Snack”

I read somewhere that each bowl of beans we consume adds years to our lives because of the high fiber beans contain. I eat beans daily in all sorts of ways. Today, I wanted a nutritious and quick snack that I can eat alone or use as a dip.
