Brown Rice Spaghetti
I have not eaten spaghetti in a long time. I decided to pack it for lunch this week.
It takes hours to cook the sauce from scratch so that the tang will disappear from the fresh tomatoes.
For my lunch, I topped the spaghetti with a different side dish, one for each day.
I basically have cut out meat from my diet for health reasons. (After six months of not eating chicken, I ate chicken wings. My body rebelled against me with pain, the intense pain that woke me up in the middle of the night.)
Meat, be gone!
