Soft and Hard Mushroom Tacos

I also prepared the usual beef taco for those not daring enough to try a mushroom taco.

Mushrooms exude liquid much like spinach. I collected and froze the broth. 

I ate two mushroom tacos. They were tasty!
The mushroom taco became a hit with the adventurous students and proved to be a conversation piece.
Toppings and condiments: Two different kinds of cheese, salsa, guac, queso, lettuce, tomato, and jalapeño.
Dessert: Chocolate chip cookies--all gone.
