The Quickest Breakfast

This marmalade-egg sandwich has saved me uncountable times at work. I have a few minutes to assemble the sandwich, brew my tea, and wolf everything down before students arrive at my door.

I pre-boil the egg the day before so that it will cool completely.

I leave the Keurig my daughter gave me at work for a quick tea brew.
Start from the bottom and work upwards.
