Banana Fritters/Banana Pancakes

This recipe is simplified health reasons. There are no sugar, salt, herbs, spices, flour, and nothing to be concern̈ed about. However, you can add whatever pleases you.
Ingredients:
2 medium size banana 
2 large eggs
Olive iloil spray 

In a medium size bowl, mash the bananas.
Add the eggs.
Beat together.
Heat a small pancake (frying) pan. Spray with oil.
Pour the batter. Watch closely.
Flip on the other side. 
The fritters disintegrates and burns easily. This disintegration can be eaten as scrambled egg.
Makes four flat pancake-looking fritters.
