 I try not to give out recipes because preferences vary. This dish can be made with frozen waffles, but I made these using pancake/waffle mix, egg, and water. I am allergic to most nuts and milk. I poured the batter into a hot flipside waffle maker. Then I sprinkled semi-sweet chocolate chips on the waffle and around the plate to give it the title "dotted waffles." The chips dressed up my home-made waffles.    Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Bon appetit! --Frances Ohanenye maintains this unusual site.
