Lent Begins with Sacrifice of No Meat

This Lenten season (February 13 - March 30, 2013), I decided to give up meat. Coincidentally, so did my daughter, Cassie. Served up for our enjoyment: shrimp and whiting (seafood sauce) over white rice, orange roughy on the side, broccoli, unpeeled red potato (mashed with skin), and baby carrots.
