Eat Veggies for All Meals All Week!

Health tip: Eat veggies all week as appetizer, main course, and dessert.
Enjoy a cornucopia of veggies.
I can talk to anyone about vegetables and a medley of vegetables any time.
Vegetables keep my weight to a healthy level.
I dropped 23 pounds (178 to 155) during the 2020 COVID pandemic lockdown by eating vegetables and fish, walking outside (nobody was outdoors), and dancing.

Combine all of the veggies and fish for the most scrumptious and savory taste your bud will experience. This is my lunch at work.
