High Carb, Zero Cholesterol Feeding

I have worked up a tremendous appetite lately, more than usual, after putting my body through the following  rigorous workout. I begin with the arm twist I got from Madonna a few years ago when she appeared on a talk show, except I do it backwards 100 times, which is like doing 200 of hers. It hurts more than the forward one.

I do 300 side-to-side hip/waist rotations, the praying mantis format on the yoga mat, and 40 butt-lifts per leg. The one that hurts the most is sitting at the edge of a very high bed and doing leg lifts. The legs go over the head simultaneously, flip back down, and they do not rest until they touch the floor and swing them over the head again; repeat. Now that gets the stomach muscles hurting! I lose inches from my waist and get rid of any flab. Finally, I cool down from the routine with meditation.
