The Best Tropical Smoothie!

The more I try all these "tropical" fruits, the more I miss my sun-ripe Nigerian/African fruits. I bought this papaya/paw-paw from a local international farmer's market. It lacked the size, succulence, and vibrancy of my Nigerian paw-paw. I hardly buy mangoes because I found out that some orchards/groves/plantations boil mangoes to force them to ripe. UGH!!
I bought this paw-paw swaddled in soft, white paper, which I thought was very chic.
All tropical: Orange, lime, and lemon juices in the Bullet, paw-paw (in the bowl), and mango (on the right)

Whenever you see that circle at the top of the Bullet (above), it is concentric force at work!

Sprinkle some flax seed for several health benefits. Medical experts at Mayo Clinic advice grinding flax seed for faster digestion.

Some call it one of the most powerful plant foods on the planet. Even the 8th Century King Charlemagne passed laws requiring his subjects to consume flax seed. According to WebMD, there is evidence flax seed may help reduce the risk of heart disease, cancer, stroke, and diabetes.

Speaking after the fact: This was better than any "tropical" juice or smoothie out there. I included the skin of the mango, ate some of the mango, and refrigerated the rest for another day (below).
