The Tastiest Black Bean, Gluten-free Brownies


Wheat flour unhinges millions of people who experience gluten allergy or intolerance.

Research revealed that black bean flour has most of the same qualities as wheat flour, so I was ecstatic that I could eat brownies again without the adverse effects of gluten.

This was a longer process, one of love and reward. I was so ecstatic with the result that I served the slices with different fruit toppings.
