The Best Air-Fried Sweet Potato Rounds

After using the deep air-fryer basket and coming up with flabby fries and other flabby foods, I gave away the air-fryer.

In its stead, I bought a multi-functional portable oven: Air fryer, convection oven, regular oven, toaster, etc., all in one.

This oven swallows my longest baking dishes. It is that big. I no longer use the inbuilt oven that came with the house.

Pictured: Three medium-size sweet potatoes, wash, cut in rounds, and display on a baking tray.
Preheat the air fryer. Set on the Turbo setting.
Spray potato rounds with extra virgin olive oil.
Sprinkle with ground lemon pepper--lightly.
Turn potatoes over when the top looks done,
Sprinkle the other side with pepper lightly.
Check for doneness.
Enjoy.
