Chicken Chunks as Salad Topping

Start with cooked and seasoned skinless and boneless chicken breast cut into chunks. Place into a shallow frying pan. Add yellow and orange bell peppers and saute until peppers have softened. Season well.
Top the salad with this concoction for a memorable dish.

Do you see the herbs and spices? The parsley stands out.
