Peanut Butter on Toast for Breakfast

Call it cautiously optimistic.

When I tried crunchy peanut butter on toast for breakfast the first time, I was wary and spread peanut butter only on one toast.

I am bolder now. The surprisingly different taste of peanut butter (instead of the orange marmalade I have loved for years) seemed to latch on to my tastebud.

I found myself slathering the crunchy peanut butter on both toasts.

This time, I made a sunny-side down egg (one full egg). Sunny side up means that the yoke is facing up.

Do not whip the egg. Crack it open and pour it into a small frying pan with moderately hot olive oil.

Enjoy.
