Golden Brown Baked Turkey Breast

Baking a whole turkey is always a challenge. This year (and for the first time), I went with turkey breast and dispensed of the near-meatless winks and the dark meat. Tuck in butter chunks under the skin before basting (left). Insert oven-friendly thermometer (right).

Golden brown (left); remove dressing (right). Lift and flip with heavy-duty prongs.
